The Authority invites firms, companies, consortiums, individual investors, and developers to submit proposals in the Joint Venture (JV) mode of Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate and Maintain (DBFOOM).

The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be purchased upon submission of a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000/- in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA). The Technical Bid must be accompanied with a bid security of PKR 20,000,000/- in the form of a Pay Order/CDR/Bank Guarantee.
